Agentfy.ai OpenCart

An AI agent inside your OpenCart

Answers customers, tracks stock, handles orders and recovers abandoned carts — on its own, around the clock.

Implementations

OpenCart stores where the agent already answers customers.

Advises customers

The customer describes the task in their own words — the agent finds the right product in your catalogue, shows a card with the price and stock, and adds it to the cart. In seconds, around the clock, in the customer's language.

Writes product descriptions

Finds products without a description and writes one from the specifications in the catalogue: what it is, who it suits, how it differs. Starts with the most viewed; you approve, the agent publishes.

Recovers abandoned carts

A customer puts an item in the cart and leaves — the agent reminds them by email or in the chat: it is still in stock and held until midnight. A returning customer picks the conversation up where they left off.

Brings customers back instead of you

Watches the orders

Every evening the agent goes through the orders and spots the troubled ones: paid but not shipped; the customer asked about the status twice; an address without a flat number. You get a short list with reasons, not a hundred-row table.

Sends an evening report

One message at the end of the day: how many conversations it held, how many descriptions it wrote, how many carts it recovered, which orders it sorted out — and how many hours of your time that saved.

A couple of hours. As promised.

What the agent can do

First, what the store gets. Below, the platform it all runs on.

For the store

Ready-made for selling, no setup.

  • Knows your catalogueProducts, prices, stock — from your OpenCart through the Agentfy module, not from the internet.
  • Product cards in chatRecommends with a card, not a link: photo, price, an Add to cart button.
  • Speaks the customer's languageAnswers in the language it was asked in — no setup.
  • Talks to leads — you read alongThe agent holds the conversation with every visitor itself. The whole exchange, the name and the contacts are yours afterwards in the Agentfy cabinet, under Leads.
  • Site, Telegram, SlackOne agent, one memory — on every channel you talk to customers on.
  • The store's knowledge baseUpload your delivery and returns terms — the agent answers from them, not from guesses.
  • Remembers the customerA returning customer picks up the same conversation instead of starting over.
  • Activity logWhat the agent answered, what it changed and how it was before — one line per step.

The agent platform

What every Agentfy agent is built from.

  • SkillsSkills are documents: how to process a return, how to answer about delivery. Shared by the team.
  • MCPWarehouse, delivery, CRM connect as tools over a standard protocol.
  • WorkersWhen hands are needed, the agent gets a container with a terminal and a browser for one task.
  • HeartbeatThe agent wakes itself on an interval, checks on things and stays quiet if there is nothing to say.
  • AutomationScheduled jobs: the report at 9 pm, a stock check every morning.
  • WorkflowsMulti-step scenarios in one turn: find, check, write, send.
  • PermissionsWho may talk to the agent and what it may do — an access strategy and per-tool switches.
  • SecretsStore keys are encrypted and never leave the server. Even the agent sees them only at the moment of a call.

How to install

  1. Sign upThe cabinet creates the agent and its first assistant right away.
  2. Install the Agentfy moduleThe module adds an MCP server to OpenCart: through it the agent reads the catalogue, tracks stock and handles orders.
  3. Publish the agentOn the Website screen, switch on the rights you want and take the tag.
  4. Paste the tagOne line before the closing body tag — and the chat is on the site.

Questions

Do I need to install anything into OpenCart?

Yes, one module. The Agentfy module adds an MCP server to OpenCart — that is how the agent works with the catalogue, stock and orders. No core changes. On the site the agent lives as a widget — one line of code in the template.

Which OpenCart versions are supported?

OpenCart 3 and 4.

What does the agent see in the store?

The catalogue, stock, orders and whatever you have allowed. Store keys are kept encrypted on the server and never reach the browser.

Where do I see what the agent said to customers?

In the Agentfy cabinet, under Leads. Every site visitor is a lead of their own with the full conversation history. When the store recognises a customer — name, email, phone — their questions from before signing in are attached to them too.

Can the agent change orders or write to customers by itself?

Only with the rights you switch on. By default it answers questions; actions — remind the warehouse, write to a customer, change an order — are separate switches on the agent's screen.

What language does it answer in?

The customer's: asked in English, it answers in English. Nothing to configure.

How much does it cost?

Free in early access. After that — pay for the work done, not for the time the agent is switched on.
